Outlooking hotel building is attractive than other in Thung Song area. Location is also quite OK.
The rate booking.com charged was higher than hotel walk in rate. We booked one twin beds room and ine single bed room, but got only a king size bed type.

Bad Front office staff and bad breakfast.
The location is good. All facilities are good and clean.
1 bad staff who treated me at the check in time. She cannot find my booking that I made the night before arrival. I told her that I booked from booking.com but she still cannot find my name and still keep on asking me that did I booked directly with the hotel with the bad mood. Very bad service from this Front office. She put on eye glasses and always make the moody face. Surprise with the breakfast also, Just only plain fried rice with vegetable salad and bread. I didn't expect much for this but it was really bad for me with the price that included breakfast. It's better serve in the set menu instead of bad breakfast buffet.

Only thing that can improve was that I asked for two additional Pillows but was asked to paid despite we returned upon our used.
